It did not operate well to start, the LCD was non-operational. I was going to return it, but it miraculously started working. It has a rather confusing display when charging.
Overall, this is a nice unit. I am happy I bought it.
Pros:
-It has a lot of “modes” so you can get any length you want.
-Cordless really is convenient.
-It lasts a long time on a single charge (maybe a hour or more of being on–this means months between charges for me).
-Comes with a good kit.
-Pretty cheap!
Cons:
-It may not work until it gets a good charge. It is hard to determine if you have a good charge during this time because it does not work. Even after ample charging time, it may need to be fiddled with to begin functioning. The LCD does not display that it has charger power in a way that makes logical sense.
-It has a slightly cheap build (you have to help the plastic shield on and off), but is overall ok for home use.
-It has a NiCD battery, so it will wear worse than a Li-ion (no indication of this yet, though).
ADDITION, 2.5 MONTHS LATER—
Yes, it is completely broken now. No charging whatsoever. The LCD does not respond to anything, nor does the motor. Beware of buying this product. You may get only one charge out of it (like me). By the time it needs a second charge, your warranty is up! Then again, I may have simply gotten a bum product.

I have the “Precision” model with the ceramic blades. I love the fact that my blades don’t need oiling to prevent rusting and that they stay sharp.
Easy to clean, the one hand dial opperation is very simple without the risk of losing guards. The pop-up edging trimmer is nice, but I have rarely used it.
The 1-hour quick charge as opposed to the MB40 and other models is a fabulous feature that I feel is worth the extra couple of bucks.
