Getting the trimmer out of the packaging was a major effort. Worked once and doesn’t look good as a paperweight.

Product is flimsy. On off mechanism is flakey. Mine wouldn’t power on at all.

Simply this product sucks and will be returned immediately.

Have only used product 3 times; however it works well and is simple to operate. What is not simple is the packaging. They have gone overboard to make it tamperproof.

I rarely write product reviews, but this one rose to the level of worst plastic packaging to open. When it arrives, it will be encased in a hard plastic package. Be very careful that you don’t stab or cut yourself opening it. It took me about 20 minutes of hard work. No package should be this difficult to open. Philips/Norelco clearly did no consumer testing of their packaging.

Now, once you get inside, it’s a great product and works well. Had it been easy to open, I would have given it 5 stars.
