This shaver is the reason I won’t ever buy a shaver from Philips Norelco. This is the second one I bought. When I bought this one I thought Philips would have improved the shaver. The problem: you will need, good luck, the instructions, a magnifying glass, and a close-up shot of the shaver heads, once you open the top and the heads and entire assembly falls out. And if you don’t have those items, good luck trying to reassemble the shaver head. Philips could easily have made an easy to re-assemble shaver. The assembly in this one is plastic junk.

philips electric shaver sure looks cool but the blades make it hard to use .
i would rather buy one straight blade shaver than three blades .
