I bought this item because of the brand name. The vacuum feature doesn’t well, as much hair ends up in the sink as is in the shaver. It only worked for about 6 months. It fell out of my hand and hit my sink, it only dropped about 2 feet. It still ran but the length setting was broke beyond repair. I would not recomend this product at all, I expected more quality from Norelco.

I bought this trimmer because an earlier Norelco model I have would no longer hold a charge. The vacuum feature seemed pretty cool, but it really only works so-so. My real complaints are that the shaving head is too bulky and makes it impossible to trim closely to your nose – and – that once you take the plastic guide off to clean inside the unit, it is nearly impossible to get it back on without breaking it.
Don’t let the name fool you. This one’s a dud!
